As a musician, I am very much linked to tempo when I exercise. Each footstep wants to fall exactly with the beat. That’s why I created an empowering and uptempo workout playlist on Spotify. When walking to train for my 5K races, this playlist helps me. I toss on my Trekz Air headphones so I can hear what’s around me, talk to my husband, and haul my big booty all at the same time.
