I don’t know about you, but there are moments when the monotony and stress of everyday life tend to overwhelm me. I find myself becoming wound so tightly I sometimes forget to breathe. It’s in those times that I try to remind myself to slow down… to enjoy a small moment of joy and treat myself. Not treating myself to some grandiose indulgence but to a tiny moment of bliss. These are my happy things.

It’s great that you have such a long list.
I read a blog a few months ago that had some happiest questions that really made me think.
I’m happiest when I am doing X.
I’m happiest when I am with X, or happiest when I’m with people or alone.
Things like that.
