Hooray! The holiday gifting season is upon us and I am totally ready. For me, GIVING the perfect gift is way more fun than receiving one. Knowing that a gift I selected for a loved one made them feel important means the world to me. There’s a magic in the air when the stores start to twinkle and windows are filled with snowy scenes. Each year, I create my shopping list and begin my holiday gift buying excursions early. Though shopping may look a bit different for everyone this year, there are still places to find amazing gifts for everyone on your list!
It’s no secret that I love shopping at A’Beautiful Soul (Size 10-24) and Altar’d State (Size 0-14). This growing brand of boutiques is a beautiful and welcome space for shoppers. Just walking through the door feels special. The stores are always perfectly decorated and the staff members are incredibly helpful and kind. I really love the subtle way A’Beautiful Soul/Altar’d State encourages customers through messages written on the mirrors in the fitting room, printed in marketing materials, and secretly sewn into the clothing. Shopping there just feels good! And, it’s a perfect place to pick up a gift or two… or a special party outfit for yourself. Here are just a few of the things I am excited about gifting from A’Beautiful Soul/Altar’d State this Christmas.
Face Masks: Yeah, 2020 has been a strange year. Who knew that face masks and hand sanitizer would be a hot stocking stuffer? For around $12 each, A’Beautiful Soul/Altar’d State has some of the cutest face masks around. The masks are comfortable and fit securely on my face. I love the encouraging messages, holiday styles, and fun patterns that are available. There are even some masks that are sold as sets with matching hair accessories.
Jewelry: Jewelry adds the perfect little touch of glam to any outfit. Even a simple t-shirt and jeans can be elevated by a pair of sparkly hoops or a fantastic necklace. With almost every piece costing less than $25, jewelry makes a great add-on to a gift or a stocking stuffer. Candles/Fragrance: Once you step into an A’Beautiful Soul/Altar’d State store, you will know why fragrance is a great gift. The store smells AMAZING!!! Their signature scent, known as Sanctuary, is a relaxing mixture of bergamot and floral that instantly takes your mind to a happy place. Products in this scent range from candles to bath products and begin around $22. If Sanctuary isn’t your style, there are several other scents to choose from, including Vanilla Glace, Love Scroll, and Graceful Serenity.
This year, the store also has a range of candles made with essential oils like Rosemary and Lavender that also double as a body lotion when melted. (I totally used to get in trouble for dipping my fingers in the wax of my mom’s candles. Not any more!) The candles are available in two sizes and range from $12-28.
Sweaters: Everyone loves a fantastic sweater! From warm and fuzzy knits, to wild and wonderful animal prints, to cozy cardigans… A’Beautiful Soul/Altar’d State has it all. The girls on your gifting list will look amazing in these sweaters. My favorites this season are the Irina sweater with its beautifully detailed sleeves, the soft and snuggly Lila sweater, and the fashionable popcorn knit Halen sweater.
